Makeup for leopard costume
Bold makeup and a leopard costume are a great combination because they’re both an attention grabber and will make you stand out at any party. You can’t go wrong with the following makeup tips to really brighten your face and make people want to get to know you:

Leopard makeup is a great way to get your cat costume ready for Halloween. This makeup tutorial will show you how to apply leopard print makeup on your face so that you can look like a real leopard.
The first step in this tutorial is to apply foundation and concealer on your face. It’s important to make sure that your foundation matches your skin tone perfectly, because any imperfections will stand out when you’re wearing the leopard makeup.
The next step is to draw on some whiskers with eyeliner or liquid eyeliner pen. You can also use an eyebrow pencil instead of an eyeliner pen if you don’t want your whiskers to be as dark, but keep in mind that it may not last as long as an eyeliner pen.
Then, make two dots on either side of your nose with black eyeshadow or liquid eyeliner pen (if you made them thick enough in step 2). Then add a line from each dot down towards the bottom of each cheekbone, stopping just short of where the cheekbone ends (see photo above). This will give you a nice leopard-like shape around your face!
To finish off this look, use black eyeshadow.

Even though you’re reading this months in advance, chances are, you’re still going to procrastinate on your Halloween costume (which, like, same). But instead of leaning into the basic with a pair of cat ears and a cute black dress, why not level up your look with this super-easy (and pretty!) leopard Halloween makeup tutorial?
Not only is this tutorial a surefire way to make your last-minute costume stand out, but it’s also ridiculously low effort, so there’s no need to run to Sephora and blow your paycheck on new makeup. Ahead, every tip, trick, and product rec you’ll need to nail your Halloween look.

Step 1: Contour

Swipe a creamy contour stick under your cheekbones, down the sides of your nose, and along the sides of your forehead. Don’t be afraid to use a heavy hand—you want to make sure the lines look a little harsh.

Step 3: Highlight

Sweep concealer under your eyes, on top of your cheekbones, and on the middle of your forehead and chin to really make them pop. Then, you’re going to want to let it bake: Dust on translucent powder, wait about five minutes for the powder to soak up any excess oils from your concealer, and then brush it off. You’ll be left with a smooth, flawless finish.

The key to really pulling off this leopard look? Your eyes. Blend a matte taupe shadow along the crease of your lid to create the illusion of large, deep-set eyes.

Step 8: Draw Your Whisker Spots

To make your whisker spots fairly precise, press the tip of your black kohl pencil against your skin, spin the pencil in place, and then take it off. You’ll be left with the most perfect little black spots.

Step 9: Add Leopard Spots

Kathleen Kamphausen
With a brown pencil liner, draw little “C” shapes near your temples. To create the illusion of actual leopard spots, you’ll want to switch up the pattern, drawing your “C” shapes upside down and backward. Finish it off by defining the spots with black kohl liner.

Draw on as many whisker lines as you want with a black kohl pencil liner—I recommend starting with three simple lines, building it up if you feel like you need a little more.
